How much will an inspection or report cost?
Most site inspections start from $850 + GST and written reports from $1,500 + GST. Final pricing depends on scope, location, urgency and documentation provided.
How quickly can you attend site?
Once we understand your requirements and confirm the scope, we’ll work with you to arrange the earliest suitable site attendance.
What areas do you service?
Do you replace my builder, certifier or engineer?
No. Extreme PM provides practical construction advisory and does not replace your builder, principal contractor, certifier, engineer or other appointed consultant, unless separately engaged to do so.
